Each day includes a fully catered morning tea and lunch with barista made coffees and artisan teas, and meals designed especially for our Summit delegates by Villa Maria’s executive chef. Guests will also enjoy hand selected wines as they connect with speakers and peers at dinner to wrap up Day 1.

  • When and where will the summit take place?

    This year’s Better by Design CEO Summit 2018 will be held on Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 March 2018 at Villa Maria Estate, 118 Montgomerie Road, Mangere, Auckland.
  • What is included in my registration?

    A genuine VIP experience. Not only will you be inspired by some of the world’s best thinkers, practitioners and business leaders, you can grab a drink and chat with them one-on-one as you enjoy the luxury and hospitality of Villa Maria Estate.


    Your Summit experience will include two days of exceptional food and hand selected wine from the Villa Maria cellar at the complimentary networking dinner (Day 1) as well as closing drinks (Day 2). Lunches and refreshment breaks will be tailored with you in mind, with bespoke menus, barista made coffee and artisan teas.


    Everything is laid on so you can relax, enjoy and soak up every interaction with our international and New Zealand based speakers and over 350 of New Zealand’s top business and design leaders at this exclusive networking event.

  • How can I register and what is the cost?

    You can register for the CEO Summit 2018 here.
    Single registrations are $2,000 per person (plus GST).
    Multiple registrations are $1,800 (plus GST) for two people or more.
  • Am I eligible for a discount?

    Multiple registrations are available for $1,800 (plus GST) for two people or more. You can register via the Summit website.
  • Can I only attend one day of the Summit?

    Absolutely, one-day Summit attendance is possible, however, there is no discount applied so normal registration prices will apply.
  • Is the Summit Programme available?

    Yes, be sure to check back on the Summit website. We’ll be adding more details and speakers as they’re confirmed. You can check out confirmed speakers on the Summit website. Once you register, you can also access the full programme, including session times, on our Summit App, which will be launched in February 2018.  
  • When will on-site registrations open?

    Day 1, on-site registrations will open at 8.00am for a 9.00am start.
    Day 2, arrivals from 8:30am for a 9.00am start.
  • How can my organisation become a Summit sponsor?

  • Can I receive a list of participants or attendees?

    The participant list will be available to registered delegates via the Summit App.
  • Transfers and cancellations

    If your circumstances change and you’re unable to attend the Summit, please notify Lisa Jukelevics to transfer your registration to another person. 

    Cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis up until the 1 March 2018. After this date, registrations may not be transferred or refunded. Please note all cancellations will incur an administration fee of $100 (excl gst) per ticket. 

    If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Summit is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

  • How do I get to/from Villa Maria Estate?

    Parking will be available at Villa Maria Estate for those coming in private cars - follow the signs when you arrive.

    We will also do our best to have a supply of taxis available at the end of each Summit day ready to take you to your Auckland destination. If you’re in a rush, we also encourage you to book taxis directly to ensure ease of availability and minimise waiting time. A few suggested companies below:
